Medication management and education is being provided via both in-person appointments and telephone or video conferencing with the exception of injections, which are being administered in-person by medical staff using appropriate personal protection equipment (PPE). Recovery Meeting Registration Upon registering, you will receive an email to access your meeting. You are responsible for scheduling your COVID testing or vaccine appointment. To schedule a ride, please call Jessica at 73. Passengers must wear masks during their commute. Our vehicles are sanitized and equipped to transport individuals. Rides are only available Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 9 a.m.

Free transportation is only available to Warren County residents, and all rides must be within Warren County. Prevention Connections is offering transportation to individuals who want to get tested for COVID-19 or want to get the COVID-19 vaccine but are unable to get there due to lack of transportation. The primary qualifications are a genuine interest in the mission and work of our agency, the populations we serve and a willingness to volunteer your time, knowledge, expertise and support to our community behavioral health care center.
